The 15-day self-finance training program on Agri-Input Dealer License for PACS and LAMPS from North Tripura and Unakoti district was successfully conducted at KVK, North Tripura. The program commenced on 28th August 2025 and concluded on 11th September 2025.The training was designed in alignment with the requirements to ensure that PACS and LAMPS representatives are adequately equipped to function as licensed agri-input dealers. The curriculum covered critical areas such as basics of soil health, Fertilizer and pesticide management, Seed quality and certification, Safe handling and storage of agri-inputs etc. Subject matter experts from KVK, officials from the Agriculture Department, and certified resource persons, facilitated interactive sessions, practical demonstrations, and field visits. A total of 31 nos of participants attended the training. The participants were assessed through periodic evaluations and group discussions to ensure knowledge transfer and practical understanding. The training concluded with a feedback session and a brief valedictory ceremony, where participation certificates were distributed. The programme was facilitated by Dr SajalDebbarma, SMS (Horticulture), KVK North Tripura.
